Terms of Subscription

These Terms of Subscription apply to Nepse Lightning Pvt. Ltd. ("Nepse Lightning", "we", "us", or "our") private equity access. By purchasing access to our private equity dashboard section, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Access

Private equity access is granted after payment verification for the current subscription fee. This access provides visibility to confidential company listings, private equity information, and premium dashboard features that are not available to public users.

Access is activated once your payment confirmation is submitted and verified by the Nepse Lightning team. Until verification is complete, premium access will remain locked in the dashboard.

Subscription Fee

The subscription fee for private equity access is रू 10,000 per year. This fee covers the cost of providing premium content, confidential company access, and the platform services associated with the premium dashboard.

Payment may be made using the provided QR code or bank transfer details in the dashboard private equity tab. You must also email proof of payment and your registered dashboard email so we can verify your access quickly.

Verification and Activation

Once payment is received, Nepse Lightning will verify your transfer and activate your private equity subscription. Verification may take up to 24 hours, depending on banking confirmation and receipt details.

Confidential Company Access

Subscribing to private equity access does not guarantee investment in any specific company. It grants access to confidential listings and information about eligible private equity opportunities, which remain subject to availability, regulatory review, and the terms of each investment opportunity.

Confidential companies are visible only to paid subscribers and may include pre-IPO or unlisted promoter share opportunities in Nepal’s private markets.

Renewal and Continuity

Subscription access is valid for one year from the activation date unless otherwise stated. Continued access beyond the subscription period requires renewal and payment of the current subscription fee.

Nepse Lightning may notify you of renewal requirements but remains responsible for verifying renewal payments before restoring or maintaining access.

Non-Refundable Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once verified and activated. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Nepse Lightning and subject to company policy.

Usage and Compliance

By using private equity access, you agree to comply with all platform rules, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements. Nepse Lightning may revoke access if there is any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Nepse Lightning reserves the right to modify these Terms of Subscription at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the premium dashboard constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
